The entire contents of the Electronic Product, and each subset of information therein, are protected by copyright. As a User, you have certain rights specified below; all other rights are reserved.
Rules of Use
A.To make the Electronic Product useful, the following rules apply:
All Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to all content within the Electronic Product, subject to these Terms of Use. You may search the entire database and retrieve search results and other related information.
You may download, view, copy and save to hard disk or diskette and store or print out single copies of search results for your own personal and non-commercial use, scholarly, educational or scientific research or study. You may transmit to a third party, in hard copy or electronically, search results from the Electronic Product for that party's own personal and non-commercial use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or study, or for corporate informational purposes. In addition, you have the right to use, with appropriate credit, limited content from the Electronic Product in your own scientific, scholarly and educational works or similar work product.

Except as provided above, you may not copy, distribute, transmit or otherwise reproduce material from the Electronic Product; store such material in any form or medium in a retrieval system; download and/or store the entire contents or a substantial portion of the Electronic Product; or transmit such material, directly or indirectly, for use by any information brokerage or for systematic distribution, whether or not for commercial or non-profit use or for a fee or free of charge.

In order to protect the integrity and attribution of the Electronic Product, you agree not to remove, obscure or modify any copyright or proprietary notices, author attribution or disclaimer contained therein or on any screen display. You may not integrate material from the Electronic Product with other material or otherwise create derivative works in any medium. This is not meant to prohibit quotations for purposes of comment, criticism or similar scholarly purposes.

You may not do anything to restrict or inhibit any other User's access to or use of the Electronic Product.
E.
If you refuse or fail to abide by these Terms and Conditions or violate any other terms of this Agreement, Material Solutions reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access to the Electronic Product immediately without notice, in addition to any other available remedies.
Additional Terms
Material Solutions is not responsible for any charges associated with accessing the Electonic Product, including, but not limited to, any computer equipment, telephone or Internet connections and access software.Material Solutions may modify any of these terms and conditions at any time by changing them online. You are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the Electronic Product shall be conclusively deemed acceptance of such modification.
The Electronic Product may provide links to third-party websites. Where such links exist, Material Solutions disclaims all responsibility and liability for the content of such third-party websites. Users assume the sole responsibility for the accessing of third-party websites and the use of any content appearing on such websites.
Privacy and Data Protection Policy
Material Solutions recognizes the importance of protecting the information it collects in the operation of the Electronic Product and will take all reasonable steps to maintain the security, integrity and privacy of this information. Material Solutions will ensure that any information it collects will be adequate, relevant and not excessive for purposes of operating the Electronic Product; it will be kept accurate and up-to-date based on information provided and will be deleted when no longer needed. Except where necessary in connection with services provided by appropriate intermediaries, who will be required to comply with the confidentiality provisions of this policy. Material Solutions will not disclose any personal information identifying Users to any third party, unless required by law or to enforce the Terms and Conditions of Use.
Material Solutions will only disclose to third parties navigational and transactional information in the form of anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (including "hits" on the Electronic Product) and demographics in forms that do not reveal a User's identity or confidential information, except as required by law.
Links may be provided from the Electronic Product to other websites. In using such links, Users should be aware that each website will vary in terms of its privacy and data protection policies, and Material Solutions does not take responsibility for the privacy policies of, and usage of personal information collected by, others.

Warranty Limitations
THE ELECTRONIC PRODUCT AND ALL MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;THE USE OF THE ELECTRONIC PRODUCT AND ALL MATERIALS IS AT THE USER'S OWN RISK;
ACCESS TO THE ELECTRONIC PRODUCT MAY BE INTERRUPTED AND MAY NOT BE ERROR FREE; AND
NEITHER Material Solutions, NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE ELECTRONIC PRODUCT OR THE MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USER'S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE ELECTRONIC PRODUCT AND ALL MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN.
